Easy Configuration
BudgetPak is very easy to configure and personalize for your company. XLerant typically does the initial configuration, but the system is easy enough for someone in the Finance department (the BudgetPak Administrator) to make ongoing changes like adding accounts, reorganizing departments, and so on.
Unlike many other applications, configuration in BudgetPak is very graphical. Want to add a new department and have it consolidate into another? Just draw it on the screen and link it with an arrow to the unit it rolls up into.
The time required to personalize BudgetPak for your organization depends on a few things, but the typical implementation runs anywhere between 1 and 6 man-weeks depending upon the size of the organization and complexity.
